You’re invited! Join Becky (and occasional special guest co-facilitators) for monthly community Zoom gatherings to discuss all things yoga and neurodiversity. There will be space and time to get nerdy, listen, ask questions, think out loud, make new connections, and share what we’re learning with one another. All brains and bodies are welcome!
Who this is for:
Neurodivergent yoga teachers and students,
Yoga and mindfulness professionals who desire to understand and affirm neurodivergent experiences, and
Anyone else seeking to learn more about neurodiversity-affirming yoga.
Meetings are held via Zoom on the 4th Thursday of each month from 12-1 pm Central Time (Chicago time). There is no cost to participate, but you need to register if you wish to join so that you can receive the Zoom link and access the recording afterward.

February 27: Community Check-in and Care Circle w/ Becky
March 27: From Hormones to Headspace: Yoga's Role in ADHD and Peri-menopause w/ Kim Pierpoint
April 24: Yoga for Neurodiversity Resource Fair: Come share about your offerings and/or your favorite teachers, studios, books, podcasts, etc.!
May 22: Self-massage Techniques for Neurodivergence w/ Jennifer Rodrigues
June 26: Adaptive Yoga for Community Outreach w/ Becky

During each 60-minute meeting, you can expect:
Lead-in and introductions. (5 min)
Opening grounding & centering. (5 min)
Topic introduction (5 min)
Time for reflection and journaling. (5 min)
Open sharing and discussion related to the topic. (35 min)
Closing meditation. (5 min)
NEW: Option to stay for an extra 15 minutes of “tea time” after the hour.
How this works:
Participate however you choose; sharing is always optional. Cameras on or off, your choice.
Communicate via your microphone or the chat function.
Meetings will be recorded for registered participants to view afterward. (“Tea time” afterward is NOT recorded.)
