Join Becky for a neurodivergent-friendly body doubling hour on Zoom! We'll hang out and do our own thing side-by-side in a shared virtual space. Practice yoga, read a book, make art, call a loved one, fold laundry… you’re invited to use this time in the way that’s most beneficial to you.

Sessions include:
5-minute check-in to share our intentions for the hour
50 minutes of body doubling (mics will be muted, cameras on or off)
5-minute closing check-in to share how it went
